The door is not locking or unlocking properly, preventing the cycle from starting or ending.
Common causes
- Door not fully closed
- Faulty door lock mechanism
- Wiring issue to door lock
- Control board fault
How to fix it
- Check door is firmly closed and no obstructions
- Listen for click when closing
- Manually unlock using emergency release if stuck (see manual)
- Test door lock continuity
