The heating element is not reaching the required temperature or is faulty.
Common causes
- Faulty heating element
- Loose wiring to heater
- Defective temperature sensor (NTC)
How to fix it
- Turn off power
- Check heater resistance with multimeter (should be ~10-30 ohms)
- Inspect wiring for damage
