F34Warning

GE Oven/Range F34 Error Code

Oven temperature sensor resistance is out of acceptable range.

Common causes

  • Degraded sensor
  • Wiring resistance issue
  • Control board calibration

How to fix it

  1. Measure sensor resistance at room temp (should be ~1090 ohms).
  2. Compare to specification; if more than 5% off, replace sensor.
  3. Check for corroded connectors.
⚠ When to call a pro: If sensor is within spec, the control board may need recalibration or replacement.
