Kenmore Washer F29 Error Code

The water level exceeds the normal range during fill.

Common causes

  • Pressure switch hose disconnected or leak
  • Faulty pressure switch
  • Stuck open water valve

How to fix it

  1. Unplug the washer and inspect the pressure switch hose (clear tube) for kinks, holes, or disconnection.
  2. Ensure the hose is securely attached to both the tub and the pressure switch.
⚠ When to call a pro: If the hose is intact and the error persists, the pressure switch or control board may be faulty. Call a technician.
