A button on the control panel is stuck or shorted.
Common causes
- Foreign object or moisture causing button to stick
- Faulty keypad membrane
- Faulty display board
How to fix it
- Press each button firmly several times to free any stuck contacts.
- Clean around buttons with a dry cloth.
- Unplug and plug back in after 5 minutes.
