The main control board and user interface board cannot communicate properly.
Common causes
- Loose or damaged wiring harness between boards
- Faulty user interface board
- Faulty main control board
How to fix it
- Unplug dryer and reconnect all wiring harnesses between display and main board.
- Check for bent or broken pins on connectors.
- Power cycle the dryer.
