Speed Queen Washer F05 Error Code
The washer's temperature sensor is reading incorrectly or wiring is faulty.
Common causes
- Defective thermistor
- Loose or corroded connector
- Wiring harness damage
How to fix it
- Unplug washer and check the temperature sensor connector for corrosion.
- Measure resistance of sensor: should be ~10k ohms at 77°F.
- Ensure sensor is fully inserted into housing.
