Samsung Oven/Range F25 Error Code
The oven has reached an excessively high temperature (over 650°F) and safety has been triggered.
Common causes
- Shorted oven temperature sensor
- Control board relay stuck closed sending continuous heat
How to fix it
- Unplug the range immediately and let it cool completely.
- Check the oven temperature sensor resistance (should be ~1090 ohms at room temp).
- If sensor is shorted (very low resistance), replace sensor.
- If sensor checks OK, the control board may have a stuck relay.
⚠ When to call a pro: If sensor is good but code returns after reset, the control board likely needs replacement; call a technician.
