The moisture sensor circuit is open or shorted, similar to F03 but on different hardware or firmware version.

- Faulty moisture sensor

How to fix it
- Clean the sensor bars with a non-abrasive pad.
- Check the sensor's wiring for continuity and shorts.
- If the sensor is faulty, replace it (often part of the drum assembly or a separate bracket).
