The secondary heater circuit or high-limit thermostat is open.
Common causes
- Open high-limit thermostat
- Failed heater relay on control board
- Loose wire connection on heater circuit
How to fix it
- Check high-limit thermostat continuity (should be closed when cool)
- Inspect heater relay solder joints on board
- Verify all heater circuit wires are connected
