The user interface or main control board has a communication error.
Common causes
- Loose ribbon cable between boards
- Faulty user interface board
- Faulty main control board
How to fix it
- Unplug dryer for 5 minutes to reset
- Check and reseat ribbon cable connections
- Inspect for signs of moisture damage on boards
