The dishwasher is taking too long to drain water. It may be unable to pump water out effectively.
Common causes
- Clogged drain hose or filter
- Kinked or blocked drain hose
- Faulty drain pump or motor
How to fix it
- Clean the coarse filter and fine filter at the bottom of the tub.
- Check drain hose for kinks, clogs, or improper installation (high loop).
- Remove any debris from the sump area.
