The fan inside the freezer compartment is not running or reporting speed. Cooling is reduced.
Common causes
- Failed evaporator fan motor
- Fan blade obstructed by ice

How to fix it
- Unplug and check for ice buildup blocking the fan inside the freezer.
- Manually spin the fan to see if it moves freely.
