Amana Dryer F04 Error Code
The temperature sensor (thermistor) is reading incorrectly, causing erratic drying.
Common causes
- Faulty thermistor
- Wiring issue to thermistor

How to fix it
- Unplug dryer, locate thermistor (usually near the blower housing), and test resistance with a multimeter.
- Ensure wiring harness is securely connected to the thermistor.
